Message You need to get under there and make sure your master cylinder piston rod is able to fully retract. There are 2 switches that are depressed with the pedal at full rest. Remove the connectors and back those switches out by loosening the nut and unscrewing them. Adjust the rod on the pedal by loosening the nut on the rod at the pedal then turning the rod with a pair of pliers until there is no pressure on the rod with the pedal at rest. Then, screw the switches back in so they are depressed at pedal rest, but not putting pressure on the pedal.

If the master rod is not allowed to fully retract, the fluid will get hot and have no way to flow back into the master cylinder, causing a very similar issue to what you're having by creating a constant pressure in the hydraulic system.
